Opening Session/Reception, North American SystemC Users Group (NASCUG) Meeting. NASCUG sessions will include technical presentations on ESL and analog/mixed-signal design with SystemC and updates on the new TLM-2.0 standard.

MONDAY, JUNE 9 - Lunch Panel, 12:00-2:00pm, Anaheim Convention Center

Lunch Panel: "Real-World Advantages of the OSCI TLM-2.0 Standard for Model Interoperability and IP Reuse." Moderated by EDN's Ron Wilson, the panel examines the economic impact of TLM-2.0 on design and productivity. Panelists include Ken Tallo, Director of Virtual Platforms, SoC Enabling Group, Intel; Tauseef Kazi, Principal Engineer, Qualcomm; and Prakash Rashinkar, Director of Engineering, Rambus. Workshop: "OSCI TLM-2.0 in 2008 - A Leap Forward for Transaction-Level Modeling Standards." Details of the completed TLM-2.0 standard will be presented along with multiple examples demonstrating TLM-2.0's effectiveness. Documentation and course materials will be provided with pre-registration.
